Dennis Lynn Rader Wichita, Kansas Bind Torture Killer serial murderer aka "BTK" who was captured in 2005, three decades after his killing spree began.

Prison made birthday card from BTK to a close friend of his. The inside of the card has a handwritten message to  BTK's friend. He has initialed this twice, DLR, and hand signed a third time, Love, Dennis. He has also drawn a doodle of himself where he signed off on the card.
