Aileen Carol Wuornos was a female serial killer who was executed via lethal injection by the state of Florida on October 9, 2002. 

Unpublished and never before seen 4" x 6" first generation color photograph made directly from the original Polaroid at Florida State Prison the night before Wuornos was executed.  This photo was taken at her very last visit which happened to be with her longtime friend since childhood, Dawn Botkins. The photo was taken on October 8th, 2002.
