New York's Genessee River Killer, Arthur John Shawcross. Shawcross was convicted of two murders that occurred in 1972 shortly after his return to the United States from the war in Vietnam. Shawcross eventually was granted an early parole. Shawcross confessed to cannibalism eating the genitalia of three of his victims. Suspected of more than the 10 murders for which he received a total of ten 2nd degree murder convictions and a sentence of 250 years to life.
