James Oliver Huberty - July of 1984, James Huberty entered a San Ysidro, CA McDonald's restaurant and pened fire on the patrons. Huberty fired at least 150 bullets hitting over 40 people. Killing 21 and injuring another 20 before he was shot and killed by a police sniper. This is an actual job application which was filled out completely in Huberty's hand. Contains a full printed signature and full script signature as well. Huberty has also penned his wife's name, making a total of three Huberty signatures. This one of a kind item is extremely rare. This is the only example of an actual Huberty signature I have seen in over 10 years of collecting crime memorabilia.
